Mas Transition
We facilitate engaging, interactive programs to assist jobseekers in developing valuable skills so that they are better equipped to enter (or re-enter) the workforce. Programs are aimed at:
- Working with disadvantaged, long-term unemployed youth to develop key workplace and life skills
- Engaging with employees who are facing redundancy or retrenchment to assist them with transitioning into alternative employment
Mas Mentoring and Networking
We provide support and guidance to individuals, particularly those who have been placed in an Apprenticeship. In addition, businesses receive guidance and expert advice from our business consultants. The Mas mentoring program is FREE to join and connects business people of all backgrounds to learn and share their knowledge.
